Exactly on that last sentence. This team knows that even with all those injuries and TOs they still almost won the game. Much more confidence than had what's his name had scored and they lost by 2 TDs.

I think we are a very good team. I would love to really believe that we can beat Alabama. But sadly like the TAMU game, our injuries are just too much to overcome. I think Alabama puts the hurt on us.

We were holding up with the backups defensively but now we are getting in a situation where our backups are getting injured. McDowell being injured opened their run game up. Elliot was constantly out of position and didn't know where he was. We will probably end up in a shootout with Bama. Another close game I'm sure.

Bama is bringing a true freshman QB into the most hostile stadium in the world.

Tennessee can score on ANYBODY

If Jones utilizes his play makers (Byrd, Jennings, KAmara, Kelly we win that game big.

And another point to be made is we would have blown the doors offor of aTm without the turnovers. We were the better team by far.

Win big? What Alabama team have you been watching? Their true FR QB is a serious dual threat. Their defense has again been unreal. They have the DBs to lock down our WRS. Their front 7 is one of, if not THE best in the country.

I love your optimisim but if we were to win it would be by the slimmest of margins.

you did see us fumble the ball 6 times today and have 3-5 players leave the field with injuries right?

Except injuries wasn't the reason we lost. Too many turnovers turned into more points for Texas A&M. It'll be a close game.

IF we take care of the ball and let Dobbs run I think it could be very interesting in the end. Say it every week and will say it again.....cannot get behind early with this team. I don't see their D letting us back in it if we're trailing Q3 by more than 10.

Exactly! Just need to take care of the ball and don't give up big plays and we could definitely come out on top. We just need to play a solid mistake free game

Actually it was just the last TO that hurt us. :) Stuff happens and I'm still positive about beating bammer. One game doesn't a season make.

YEp. If you just do the math alone, without those turnovers we win by like 9 and that's if we only came away with field goals in the missed opportunities. What makes that awesome is that we were playing a darn good team, in their home stadium and without much of our starting defense.
