The days leading up to Sunday are getting harder for my friends in Bingahamton, NY, where I lived during 9/11. This time every year is normally reserved for solemn rememberance of those that died back then. Right now, Binghamton is underwater. I've, at least, heard that most of my friends there are OK, but it's only going to get worse for many there and I hope we think of them and keep them in our prayers while we reflect on the lives that were taken on the worst of days for so many in New York, what seems like not so long ago.
We are all quietly, yet consciously keeping the thread creation limited to only the most clever and/or appropriate. The Mods need a break from our inanity, imo.
