They all coached lights out tonight.I like it when they coach to win and not be so conservative and play not to lose. This is like the old coach that won the national championship. Can he sustain it.Only time will tell.

It's really amazing what they can do when they're fighting for their jobs. I just wish they could do that all of the time.

The 2nd half coaching was no different offensively than what we've seen all season. They just sat around and waited for nothing to happen. The only attempt at life that they showed was when UGA scored and they drove down the field to answer. Kudos in the 1st half, but there was no reason to take the foot off of the pedal.

Thank God UGA wasn't capable of mounting any sort of offense.

The only problem I saw in the 2nd half was not running with about 4 min left. 2 straight incomps stopped the clock. I can let that slide for a 35-14 beating :)

Agree. That really irritated me. Run two times instead and you probably take at least another minute off the clock.

You got that right! Congrats to Fatboy & Co. You're one SEC loss away from losing your jobs (I wish). Please keep up the good work :p

1998: One of the most, probably THE most, conservative offense Tennessee has ever fielded.

so if Phil loses one game..."he sucks"
he wins "he's god"

If we look at this century only, he still has the 5th best winning percentage (76%) of all active coaches since 2001. He wins when his back is against the wall...always.

I agree with that for the most part. I think there has been some "behind the scenes" work from MH. Since 2005, Fulmer hasn't been the same, and neither has the team identity. We showed that identity tonight, lets make it stick.

I don't think the seat's hot anymore, but it's potentially still warm. Whatever motivates him is fine by me.

It also doesn't hurt to not be playing from behind right out of the box...
