In your hack piece on Kiff you stated

"Tennessee is one of the few big-time football programs that hasn't been hit with probation or major NCAA violations."

I didnt have time to look it before in order to give you a link. (But the question is should I have to do that in the first place?) UT was in fact put on probation back in 1991 for recruiting violations and fired asst coach Jack Sells. Here is a link for you. Tennessee Put on Probation - The New York Times

Before you start bashing others about the job they are doing I suggest you learn how to do yours.

I won’t hold my breath for him to respond. It's hard to believe a guy can have a job for a news paper, write a story without doing research on the subject at hand. He bashed Kiff and all but called him unprofessional and didn’t even do as much as a google. I knew the answer before I even googled but wanted a link to show the great scribe. The KNS really needs to do better. Hell a high school kid knows to do research. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

One does have to wonder...who is pushing the "we have a lot of coaches known to push the rules when it comes to recruiting" rumors around Knoxville.

I thought that was every major program that has a shot at a BCS bowl every year. :dunno:

:banghead2: I haven't read his piece, but I've always thought UT had never been on probation. The truth stings.
