Hey strangers and VN family! As most of you guys know, especially those that play my Pick'Em game I've been offline for the past month or so....I'm sorry for letting the game go because I really do enjoy doing it and there's always been a great tur out but in case you haven't figured out I've canceled the game for this season.

He psst month and half have been a tough one for me and I needed to get offline for a few. I won't go into alot of details but in the span of about 3 weeks I lost 3 great and dear lifelong friends in 2 separate car accidents. It was a real gut punch that I'm just now feeling "somewhat " normal again if there is such a thing after these incidents. If it wasn't for my family I'm not sure I'd made it through it all honestly.

I've missed my faithful and crazy VN family and honestly haven't been much of a fan in keeping updated besides scoreboard reading for our beloved Vols so I'm ready for sports to play apart in recovering also...ok, I've rambled on enough but just wanted to say sorry for the ending of the game and give everyone a quick update. I think I'm back to my annoying posts, rants and drinking myself to death watching our Vols!

Alas, no matter when I go to bed, I get up between 5:00 & 5:30am. It’s ingrained in me from years of having to be at work at 6:30am, despite being retired for the past 20 months.

Eight years of being in the office to analyze overnight activities in overseas markets, check the futures markets at open, perform market risk analysis, then set initial pricing… Though I left financial services in 1999, awaking early stayed with me throughout my career in communications.
