My opinion is whether the guy is worth it or not, we need consistency in staff retention a few years to get the program on track and keep it there.Completely disagree with this. While I do like this staff, they have not proven anything to deserve raises. Tim Banks making 1.5 million???
This pay raise will solidify that. In a couple years if the guy isn’t getting it done, then they can do what they need to do, but for now a consistent staff will help recruit and I truly believe we will see growth.
