Back in the day I liked Perot too. However, my argument is with NMCI, or Navy/Marine Corp Internet, the brain child of Ross Perot.

Love/hate relationship with NMCI

I did write an article myself but redacted it due to unknown classification. FWIW I have yet to meet someone who "loves"....likes, or has a favorable opinion of it.
