The day before Thanksgiving, with a game this weekend, and they are visiting the kids here in Chattanooga.

God bless these children and their families.

People get so sensitive about words. Then Tennessee fans make fun of their team more than Bama and Florida teams make fun of us.

Butch sets these guys up with the foundation and blueprint on how to succeed.

Focus on what you can control.
If you make a mistake, learn from it.
Make the most out of what you have.
Take care of your friends and family

Tennessee did everything they needed to do after the SC game. They righted the ship. Florida also did what they had to. It happened.

I for one think Butch should teach corporate executives public relations. He defends his players. He keeps his cards close. And he gets his message out regardless of the question.

Champions of life was a mistake. But they can take what they've been through in 4 years and apply it to life and find great success because it's doing things the right way.

These pics exemplify that. Cheers.

Just heard from my girlfriend that butch and some players are at TC Thompson ICU here in Chattanooga to see bus crash victims. I'll try and get some more info/pictures

Edit: thanks for the merge, I just skimmed thread titles and didn't see one. Sorry!

I think the sarcastic opinion pushing in the thread title is pretty tasteless but aside from that, a great thing these guys are doing. Amen to them.

While I have been critical of coaching decisions, there's no doubt that butch is teaching his guys character. We may not have won the east, but I believe most of our players are some of the classiest in the country. Truth be told, is rather have a team like this than a team of thuggish champs.

I will never be critical or negative about Butch and our Vols visiting kids.

I love that they do this. Especially with everything that's happened in Chattanooga.

I'm thankful that they did this. This reached far beyond wins and losses.

Bravo Butch! Bravo Vols! Thank you for posting this Volly.

I saw a comment on how this visit lifted the staff, not just the families and kids. God bless the people who take care of our children in the hospital. I honestly don't know how they do it.

Classy move by Butch and co. visiting the Children's hospital here in Chattanooga. Boost the morale of not only the kids but staff as well👏🏼

Very classy of Butch and players to visit these kids after what they've been through. Prayers for those families that lost their little ones, can't even imagine.
