Would it be possible to trade for hooker and keep the number one pick?

Or is it gonna take trading the number one pick? That seems a little high.

Imagine getting hooker and being able to draft someone like Travis Hunter to go with him! I know it’s just a pipe dream, but it would be awesome

100%. Putting fan bias aside, Hooker’s only snaps so far have been in garbage time. Hard to see him costing more than a 4th round pick, I could even see him only costing a 6th or 7th, honestly

I’d definitely prefer it to signing somebody like Rodgers and wasting the next season with a washed up QB. Plus, you get the added bonus of being able to talk smack to Kentucky fans if Hooker turns out to be a great QB.

Yes. I didn’t interpret this article to mean the Titans would trade the #1 pick for Hooker. Just that they are not likely looking to solve their QB need via drafting Sanders or Ward.

Lions aren’t going to demand anything above a 5th rounder for a player they’ve placed behind a retired high school coach on their depth chart. Maybe BLUFF, but not a real demand.

Mostly speculation, but I think this would be a good match for both the Titans and Hendon Hooker.

That garbage franchise deserves Will Levis. They had the chance to draft Hooker and passed on him for the worst starter in the NFL.

I really want my home state franchise to succeed
They really aren't the home state Franchise. Just a bad Oilers Franchise. Much much prefer they started their own franchise instead of an old $hit franchise that moved in. Exactly why I've never been a Titans fan. Hooker desers better than that $hit show.

Listen, I understand all of that, but it is ours now so I would like for it to represent us better.

They signed TB to be the #2 ahead of him and he coached HS football all season. TItans would be better off sticking with Rudolph than getting Hooker.

You think the Titans would have to give up the #1 pick in the draft to get Hendon Hooker? Good lord. There's orange colored glasses, then there's whatever this is.

49ers traded Deebo Samuel...while likely not a WR1 any longer, not far from it...for a 5th round pick.

I don't see any team giving up anything more for a QB2 or 3.

Deebo going into age 30 season with a fairly rough contract....

Hooker has 2 years of super cheap control.

Last year of the contract....for a 5th lol. To be a #2 WR....for a team that has a franchise QB (something TN hasn't had in 2 decades)

For a team that made the NFCCG....when's the last time the Titans sniffed one (AFCCG)? I'll wait...

Outside of top 50 per PFF last year
Injury prone
Was going to be cut with post 6/1 designation if not traded

It's not stupid for Washington but literally SF had no leverage here....

Are you suggesting it's been a long time since this happened? Haha
