First off The past few years we have had a team full of go getters. These guys have the dog in them. They never give up. (If you want to see give up watch Dooley's last year.) I know the majority of the fans are ready to get rid of Butch. He is digging his grave that is for sure, but these kids really do give their all for Big Orange.
That being said, I have never been a coach at any level, and I am guilty of Monday Morning Quarterbacking, but I am lost. Is coaching harder then it looks while watching? We see things and we scratch our heads why. We have high end recruits, but watch mid majors excel. Is it hard to coach kids up? Any coaches out there able to give me some insight?
