HBO's "Game of Thrones"

I am so clueless about this Theon Greyjoy torture stuff...

I hope they are going somewhere with his torture because it feels like it's just dragging on and on and on. It's gotten to the point to where I don't even want to see any of it anymore.

I can't agree more about Joffrey. He's a little punk and I hope it's Tyrion that gets a little something in too.
The Theon stuff is just painstaking to watch. I mean, first the finger and now the blue balls and what we all "assume" happened off screen. I almost feel bad for him and want him to be put out of his misery, but something tells me that they're only showing so much of this stuff because he won't die and it'll lead up to some kind of revenge, which I think will be pretty cool.
How has everyones outlook on Jaime Lannister changed? I always thought he was a dick and hated that he got to bang Cercy (she's pretty hot) but now I'm starting to like the guy.

They need more screen time with Denaryus Stormborn and her dragons, she's AMAZINGLY hot.

I still don't like Jaime Lannister. He tried to kill the youngest Stark boy. Plus you saw what kind of person he was when he killed that fellow captive to try and help himself escape. Those kinds of deeds are just un redeemable in my book. It was funny watching him mentally screw with the female knight but I still have no sympathy for him.

Besides Tyrion Lannister, Denaryus Stormborn is my favorite character in the whole show. She's awesome! What I love about her is that she is not interested in playing politics. She's coming with her dragons to lay waste and claim that throne! It's that simple and I love how ruthless she is dealing with those who stand in her way!

The whole John Snow storyline is boring me to tears! I find his character and story incredibly dull!

Something tells me the Jon Snow story is about to get very interesting

I could watch a 2 hr GOT movie each week. If they are running out of cash, they should charge. I'd pay $10/month to watch it. They could keep doing the show and pocket a ton of cash. ppv it. Why not.

Technically I'm already doing that. Its the only reason I still have HBO

If HBO can't support it, the team should go on their own and ppv it. They would clear millions in profit. Surely HBO having to drop it would end all contracts with no provisions.
Why couldn't that work?

Are we sure it would still be that profitable? With all the war scenes and different extraordinary locations it has got to be very pricey. Plus eventually some of the long term cast is gonna want a big time salary

Just thinking aloud. Seems I heard it cost 6 mil an episode. Worldwide, no telling how many people watch it. Boxing makes $ and I don't know anyone who watches or buys anymore.

What's all two week break talk? Is there no new episode this Sunday?

Driving on vacation Saturday and trying to get my wife to find a way for me to listen to the books. Never tried it, bit with my mind, I think I will be able to paint a picture better than if I read it, due to my inability to stay focused. Me getting lost in A book is @ 20 minutes.

The reader for the audiobooks is excellent.
