He's day to day according to reports. Raleigh indicated he could go against Oregon State but that may be a bit optimistic he said.

It's still early season...let the kid's arm heal a little cause we are definitely going to need his bat. Most don't follow baseball and softball as much as BB and FB, but there are some (like me)that follow it all equally and appreciate all the updates Freak!

He's day to day but aren't we all. :)

Glad to hear that its nothing that he's going to be on the DL for or need surgery for. Seperated shoulders can be a nagging injury all season long but he has time to rest if need be.

CODY HAWN UPDATE

Cody Hawn continues to be sidelined with what has been labeled a sprained shoulder. Raleigh hopes to have Hawn back soon, but won’t rush him.

“Cody’s update is he’s day to day right now so we are just going to wait and see,” Raleigh said. “Everybody heals differently. We are not going to hurry him back we are just going to let it dictate how he feels. Hopefully we will have him next weekend. I think that might be a bit optimistic, but let's look at it half full not half empty.”

IMO, when something like this happens on a routine play then there could have been a previous tweak or some type discomfort in practice or workouts that he might not have thought was a big deal. It happens. Again, glad to hear its not season threatening.
