Whenever someone takes a photo of CLK he doesn't smile or the smile seems forced. I LOVE that about this guy. No nonsense type of thing. It looked like he was annoyed with the photo op at the press conference as well. Almost like we were keeping him from the plane to Memphis.
The one thing I TRUELY believe about what he says, is that no one will out work him or work harder. I believe that he will make UT football elite again.

i have seen this guy first hand..he works...was wearing the same thing he had on at the press conference, except the tie, he wasn't lying when he said he was going to work. he does smile too.

It would be hard not to smile with a hot wife like his standing next to you.

As for the forced smile/not liking press conference thing, did ya'll see the interview on WVLT the other night? The reporter had him at the airport and Kiffin said something to the effect of "I'll be on the plane as soon as you let me out of here" or something very close to that.

The man seems to be all business with a fairly dry sense of humor....but he is funny.

It seems like he's is a little more interested in putting a football program together, than telling the media how great he is.

Wow, lots of excitement here about this guy. Even his smile (or lack thereof) is drawing interest. I do have a question - are smiles and wife hotness and command of a press conference key ingredients to beating Florida and Bama and UGA and USCe? I've been planning on waiting to see how the first few games go next year but maybe I'm focusing on all the wrong stuff to predict the quaility of the program under Kiffin.

Oh you are indeed. After doing a lot more reading than posting the past year or so, I can tell you the key factors for success are (1) Avoiding excessive clapping on the sidelines, (2) His waistline, and (3) The extent to which he does or does not cuss.

The rest is irrelevant.
