I can't believe we have people watching the press conference saying he looked like "a deer in headlights" or "he is in way over his head".
He knows what he is getting into. It's no secret what the SEC is like and especially UT.
Give this guy a chance. You haters owe him that. Your boys Gruden,Davis,Leach, and Cowher could have been flops as well. Lets give him a game atleast before we bash.
This guy is a great recruiter and we all know that Fulmer was a great recruiter and thats the only way Fulmer made it by was recruits and Cut. BUT his difference is that he is a better OC than Fulmer and he is loading his staff with great recruiters and how can you not be pumped about we can bring in.

He is 1 yr younger than a certain coach we had as a HC and his name is on the stadium(for those who don't know it is Neyland) so I cont think his age will be an issue either
