Has it REALLY been 10 years ago, Today?

Interestingly, I'm 3-0, as well, including two amazing comebacks (Dobbnail and the 2006 second-half explosion).
I have seen wins in Athens 5 times in person

Also was at the 2000 loss where the refs should've caused a forfeit when the UGA fans rushed the field and tore goalpost down with like 1:25 left in the game

You all need to quit acting like Heupel and Elarbee are somehow different. They are joined at the hip. Two sides of the same coin. That is Heupel's O-Line.
You probably haven’t read my other posts. Those of us that complain about Elarbee know that he’s Heupel's best friend, best man at his wedding, and he’ll likely never fire him which means our O-Line will always suck and underperform. I’ll go as far to say, if there were 5 freshmen O-Linemen that were so talented that everyone knew they where going to play in the NFL and they came to TN, Elarbee would 100% find a way to ensure they sucked and never sniffed a NFL field. He’s Heupel achilles heel but Heupel is too loyal to see it. Elarbee will be the death of Heupel’s head coaching career.

That was the game where Clausen threw a TD in the first half that would have put us up 10-7, I believe. But refs said receiver didn't get his foot down. But replay showed he clearly did. Don't remember why Clausen only played that one series. Guess his bad shoulder acted up.

Sad and pathetic were my first thoughts. It’s hard to believe that the University and its donors sat back and watched the proud UT football program sink into the abyss. Allowing any program to enjoy the runs they’ve had on us without even trying to remedy the situation is almost criminal. We’ve got Heupel now but……Elarbee.
So you watch an exciting video of your supposed favorite team win a game in epic fashion, and you chose to find a negative?

Drink more and be happy. Life is too short for being a negative Nancy

Elarbee is doing exactly what Heupel is telling him. The O-Line is 5/11ths of the offense. Heupel isn't subcontracting it out.

Yeah, for some reason I’m just not excited about Georgia kicking our butts 9 consecutive times since that win. You’re right. Shame on me. I should be happy. 🙄🙄🙄

So you believe Heupel is telling Elarbee which techniques he wants Elarbee to coach and how to coach them? FYI, Heupel was a QB, not an O-lineman. Heupel is not that involved with Line.
Correct, the O-line is 5/11ths of the offense but they are the most important position on the offense and they suck. The QB, RB, and receivers need the O-linemen to do their job effectively so they can have the opportunity to do theirs.

Yes, I think (no wait....I know) that Heupel is involved in the blocking schemes and techniques. 100 percent. So is Halzle. I find it laughable that anyone would argue otherwise.

My thoughts exactly. Still a beautiful play and ending, but a painful reminder that it was the last time that we’ve beaten one of our biggest rivals.

Wow! That means my granddaughter’s mom has been married10 years…I was supposed to go to the wedding but the game was so tight stayed at the hotel and told my wife to go without me…she was mad and still gets mad when I tell her it was the tight decision 😂

People get married all the time but watching live when your team wins on a Hail Mary is an extremely rare experience!

If I remember correctly, we can thank Butch Jones for bringing those gray uniforms out of the mothballs.

that hail mary prevented us from losing 4 in a row. I remember how excited I was after that game, only to be crushed by 3 straight losses (including a 39 point beat down to Bama).

It's inexcusable that team lost 4 games, including Vandy.

Knowing the roster we had, I was done with Butch after that season.
