the only thing that i have heard is a week or two old and it wasn't much of nothing, about when she might come back or if she wouldn't this year, about all it said was that she was rehabbing,it was on one of CHW interviews,i think, but it was very short
Saw a comment from Dean today that said she is ahead of schedule on her rehab and might be available during the last regular season games. And Dan Fleser pointed out that Izzy had returned to practicing and that her progress seems to be accelerating.
saw her on campus today, still using crutches as support. hope she continues to progress. we're a different team coming NCAA tourney time if she's on the floor. Her presence might make the difference between Eight 8 and a return to the final 4.
I like the sound of that VOLMEB,I'm sure there listening to her doctors, but I'd hate to see her come back too early,I'd just as soon she sits out the rest of the year, instead of coming back to early

Agreed. But the training staff has always been very conservative in the past so I am sure they will do what is appropriate.
Harrison will have some rust to knock off as well so we shouldn't expect too much until she gets back in the flow of things. Burdick is just now rounding back into shape after her injury. It took her a few games to get close to where she was before the injury.
Speaking of CB, she worked really hard in the off-season and reshaped her body. It looks like she dropped some weight and improved her foot speed. No one has mentioned it, but I thought Burdick needs to be given some credit for that. She was too slow footed before and is still not the fastest player but she has made a huge improvement and I am sure it took a ton of work. She has always been pretty fundamentally sound so it is nice to see her becoming more athletic as well.
I saw a lot of improvement in individual skills by most of this group over the summer. If they make that much progress again in the next off-season they can be pretty special.
