I just seen your birthday thing and wanted to wish you a Happy Birthday.

By the way, if you want to feel really old, do what I did this morning. I dropped off my son at school and had to go to the bookstore to pick something up for him. I walked in through the trophy room right past a couple of trophies I helped earn and started noticing the strange looks I was getting from the kids who were 20 years younger than me. I've never felt more like Al Bundy in my life.

...and that was after a couple of days ago when I went with my son to the doctor and the nurse asked "Does it seem any tougher waking up with a newborn at your age"?

don't sweat it......it's just the 1st day of the rest of my life. and i take solice in knowing that GA will always be older than me.

:eek:lol:i get that a lot too. and then it's usually followed by "when are you going to have another one, you aren't getting younger you know......"

As long as this is not the only positive thing you have going for you and your kids are not always scheming to steal your money you're OK.

You don't have a neighbor named Marcy Darcy by chance?

It can get better with old age if you live right. A lot of people still ask me about my "son" who is actually my 11 year old grandson. Happy birthday ya big 'ol Vol geek!!!

Ahhh. Those back-to-back chess trophies. Talk about some epic battles of the mind! Or was it the co-ed softball championships of the GISA?:rofl:
