Just booked a room at the Hampton Inn Downtown without the two night minumum stay on the hampton inn website for this weekends game...is this walking distance to the stadium?? Thanks!

Easily. Walk over and have lunch at the Downtown Grill & Brewery before you head over to the stadium.

I like the Preservation Pub on Market Square pretty well for after-game pints if you're parked downtown. You can get a carry-out pizza from the Tomato Head and sit there in the Pres Pub and eat it. Not a bad way to decompress after the football.

stayed there the night of the spring game. nice place. hard to get any closer to the stadium.

Is that the place with $2 Guiness pints on tap? I think they had IPA Firewater and some other great stuff. I've tried to tell people about that place but could never remember the name.
