The reason pearl hasnt said anything is because the longer the rumors are out there, the more tennessee will get worried and thats when dollars are added to contracts and extentions.

Agreed.Pearl is in a win-win situation.

That's all fine and dandy but with a raise comes more expectations. Hope he can live up to it.

At this point in time. CBP is Mike Hamilton's best hire. CLK will do unbelievable things at UT. But the way the CPF issues were handled the last two years, Mike Hamilton can not afford to lose the best thing to happen to UT Bball in decades.

CBP will get a big increase and deservedly so. He has made UT Bball relevant again, and is recruiting at a high level.

With increased money comes increased expectations, and being outed in the 1st round want cut it. I am a huge CBP fan, and appreciate what he has done at UT. I like everyone else am ready to take the next step with this program, and believe CBP can make that happen.
