What was Hamilton saying to Pearl last night? They were talking about it on Doc n' heather this am but can't figure out, as usual, what they were saying in the one minute i gave the program. Anybody know?

From the article I read, it sounded like Pearl called him over to the bench -- maybe to lobby Hamilton to complain about the officiating? Those Sports Animal clowns presented it as Hamilton approaching the bench to reprimand Pearl for his antics at the game. I haven't heard any clarification.

I'd say that it was to have tape submitted to the SEC, at least it should have been. Refereeing in general has become a joke. This isn't an SEC issue is this case, as if I'm not mistaken all b-ball officials are NCAA officials and not conference officials. I don't think I've seen as much flopping in a soccer match. After watching Vandy this week(against the men and women), it made me think of Duke and how much I hate how they flop. Officiating has become a joke, someone needs to start being held accountable.

Supposedly it was Pearl that went and talked to Hamilton and I would assume it might have had something to do with Vandy's impersonation of WWE Monday Night Raw on some of our guys while the refs stood looking more idiotic than Steven Pearl trying to make an offensive move.

What was mega frustrating was that when Vandy drove the ball to the basket, they got the fouls called. When we did the same, they let them play. Jeffrey Taylor made almost as many FT's himself as did the entire UT team.

Refs didn't lose the game for us, but they certainly eliminated any continuity on offense for us. Even so, I'm not sure Tennessee could have stopped my church league team from scoring last night.

"I just got off the phone with Fred Glass, he's cancelled your appointment you had scheduled in April."

but it still shouldn't absolve bad officiating.

Rucker tweet this morning...

-Mike Hamilton just called to set it straight. He and Pearl usually have quick chats during games, but MH doesn't sit behind bench at Vandy.

The way they teed up Coach Pearl and nearly had Stephen fouled out before halftime makes me think these refs have some sort of agenda, if you know what I mean.

I suspect Bruce got the T intentionally in a move to get the attention of the officials, wake up his team, and to break the rhythm of the game.
