Griff, you were seated next to him for two hours (length of ballgame) and that's the most in-depth interview you could come up with? I've read a lot of your work and you're capable of much better. It was about as hard hitting as any of the fluff interviews posted on utsports.com. No wonder you're bouncing this stuff off of us here at VN before you post it on GVX.
I was there to cover the game, and do a live blog, all on deadline. I talked about a lot of stuff with Mike, but those were the general questions I think most people would be asking this time of year.
He wasn't prepared to answer any more on the record, and I wasn't gonna push him. It was an impromptu deal, where I just thought the UT fanbase would be interested to hear what he had to say.
