In we hire Kiffin and he does well here, how long can we expect to keep him. I'm sure he would like to return to NFL someday and redeem himself. He's not a Saban or Visor, he's still young and has something to prove to himself.
I have no problem having a successful coach everybody wants, if that's Kiffin I just see him being a little harder to hold than others. That's all I'm saying.

What makes you so sure?
Because Al "Dinosaur" Davis didn't give him the chance he needed to win. Oakland is a graveyard for coaches and until Davis dies or gives up his controlling interest it will stay like it is.
..not if he hires Kiffin!!! We need a REAL FREAKIN' FOOTBALL COACH!!! We don't need to hire ANYBODY because of their perceived recruiting ability or WHO they might bring on as OC/DC/Assistants. They should have to be a damn good football coach FIRST!!!!
