Uh, he was a star QB, for about 15 minutes. He took over the starting job for Montreal in about mid-season 2014 and did well but started 2015 pretty badly, then got hurt and replaced. I'm not sure he's even still on Montreal's roster.

This hurts the players that were borderline for making the Colts and Packers roster more than anyone else.
