and for the first time in many years we're not the walking wounded. Just goes to show what a real SEC Strength and Conditioning staff can do.

Hell it's almost like we got us a coaching staff that knows what they're doing.
flowers, Abernathy, Kongbo, jahmir Johnson all beg to differ...

But I agree we finally have a staff who knows what the hell they are doing.

4 of our top 8 OL missed time today, 2 of our safeties hurt and next week we'll likely be without 2 lbs in Kongbo and Bituli. Vols may appeal Bituli's suspension but likely won't win it. Today was our toughest day injury wise. Somehow someway we have to avoid injuries vs bama if we're to be successful in November!

Counting players and coaches, from game 1 thru today, what player/player group/coach has improved the most? Not just today's game but from the start thru mid-season. My pick is D Line

If you will notice its not just one or two improving...now we can see several players improving...I think they will keep improving until we once again see the incredible ORANGE SWARM appear again on defense...Offense is improving as well...little by little we are gelling as a team. Right before our eyes

After taking over, Pruitt said he thought the practice habits under Butch were a primary reason for the injuries. S&C likely also played a role, too. Regardless, it's night and day on injuries under Pruitt and Butch.

DD this win was a true team effort from the players to the coaches and one everyone should savor, we made progress yesterday and future recruits will take notice

Yep. I'm starting to think Fulmer is a mad genius. There are signs that this might end up a real good hire. Still early but i'm seeing a team get better as the year goes on.

Butch had some kind of honor system with workouts. Yeah i'd say Pruitt was right about the practice habits.

I don't really agree with the call for a few reasons, like, the au player wasn't a defenseless player. The au guy put his head down to recieve contact!!.. Nobody luanched, they just mirrored the au players actions.

I would be a little scared to appeal because they may take the other two vols out as well.
