I don't think it's fair at all for call 3ve4ybidy who is pissed about the way the game was going in the first half "fair weathered " I'm sure they have been thru the terrible years and that's why they are so upset. I'm not sure you know what a fair weathered fan really is. If they are a fair weathered fan they wouldn't be around during the bad. That's what makes a fair weathered fan. Not somebody who complains about what's going on. That's just pulled being pissed off... Nothing more. If they were fair weathered they wouldn't be around to complain.

Yes there was. Last year against Georgia. You can criticize play calling all you want, but the common theme is that Butch Jones' teams do not quit.

Fair weathered because we know our team isn't playing like they are capable just like they have done for over 50% of the season? Whatever minm, go start another bottle.

I've been a VFL for 40+.. I do not boo our players, I do not trash our players, if they play bad, I discuss it, if they play well, I celebrate it. Booing is saved for refs on missed calls.. So players know we saw it also.

Btw, wonder how many negative posts have been made versus positive ones over the past several weeks even though we are 4-0? Wait, not negative posts, discussions...

well, IF you read all his post "Mr. 40+" years you will see that he is not separating the people who booed, or trashed players from the people who had constructive criticism about the program. He is lumping anyone that had a negative statement together in one big pile.

if all I feel I can do when I come on this forums is just state positive things and pump sunshine, then Freak needs to rename this forum "UT Pep Rally" and I will be one of you. Otherwise, pump your sunshine all you want and I will be with the other VFL's and be conversing on the things "WE THINK" are working or not working in our program. As in we are Discussing in a Discussion forum.
