I believe some dreams do in fact carry meaning because the subconcious is more powerful than most people realize. But a lot of dreams are also due to physcological factors. This dream was because of the outcome and lingering frustration of watching our team struggle against so many infoerior opponents last year.
It was a nightmare. I dreamed about being so excited the entire week before the Western Kentucky game expecting our offense to hum and boost JC's confidence, It played out exactly like the UCLA game last year, with even Monte's defense breaking in key situations against inferior competition. We did barely win, though. Then came UCLA, we kept it close until about the third quarter and lost by about two scores. The dream ended at that point with me feeling even worse than last year.
I seriously don't know what I would do if that really happened this season. It literally would be a nightmare.
