SBR ban will get the bump stock treatment and get bounced from the courts.I get it but sbr's and "ghost guns" are currently legal gun purchases. About as relevant as the gun show loophole though
They sell the unfinished frames, or 80% finished, and then you buy the parts to complete it. It's not something many criminals are doing but it likely sounds dangerous and that's all they need to pass itSBR ban will get the bump stock treatment and get bounced from the courts.
I was thinking the bit on ghost guns was buying the "specs" of the gun, and not the gun itself. Although I guess what you are saying is someone is using the specs to make the pieces and then selling the unfinished pieces?
I am guessing it takes more than 30 minutes to finish the 80s like the EO says. To me that was someone buying a kit of parts and doing self assembly. They sell the unfinished frames, or 80% finished, and then you buy the parts to complete it.
