Off the top of my head the registration law PA is considering violates article IV and the 4th amendment, to name just two.

A minor will commit a crime for posting a picture of a water gun fight with a super soaker or a paintball round with his teenage friends , neither of which is illegal for them to have AND THEN .. the parents can be forced to attend “ parenting classes “ where they are taught not to allows the kids to post something that is NOT ilegal for them to have . you just can’t make this stuff up lol

I can't see how this passes constitutional muster. Blatant violation of freedom of speech.

Well now we know how the Sandy Hook people are trying to make a suit stick against Remington. It's through a State law where they're trying to make and end run on the PLCAA by claiming

"firearms suppliers who engage in truly unethical and irresponsible marketing practices promoting criminal conduct"

To me that looks like an awfully high bar but with the ruling it looks like things are closer to having it hashed out in court.
