Hard to imagine a guy in his 30's betting his entire career on this job. Coach Kif is off to a solid start though and I am really looking forward to the start of the season.

If he bolts after a national title, I suppose we will have gotten our money's worth. I'd prefer a good 10 years of successful stability though..It is what it is. GMs aren't going to hire an average coach out of college. There isn't a local press in the country that wouldn't make dogmeat out of any NFL team hiring Kiffin right now. Kiffin is going to have to make noise to get his name out there. I'd say he's off to a good start.
