Well, I am certainly in the minority, but I voted the Kiffins. Had to mull over it for a while, because I like Gruden better as far as a proven coach, with a LOT of fire, but after thinking for a while, I believe the Kiffins (as a pair) would be better for the long run, considering recruiting, defense, and the coaching staff I believe he would put together(again, especially for the recruiting).

yes he will if the money is right.and its all about the moneyyyyyyyyyyy.:tease2:

Even if the bucs fired Gruden which isn't gonna happen, why would he take a step backwards to college when he could land another job in the NFL and make more money than UT could pay. Let's be realistic. I like Gruden but he's not coming.

Gruden and intensity he brings. Last few years we have been lacking in the intensity.

i can take either of these guys and be happy about it. prefer Gruden but it seems to be a consensus that Kiffin could bring in a great staff of SECers. With "Chuck" i would not be real concerned with who he brought with him.

I would love to see Gruden take the job, although I believe it's a pipe dream. :p

I like Kiffin. He proved to be a great recruiter at USC and a great coach while there. Gruden won a superbowl with Dungy's players and really hasn't impressed anyone with his record over the past few years. I'm really not sure why everyone wants a guy that hasn't been a coach in college football in years and hasn't proven he can recruit. I like Grudens intensity but surely we can find an intense guy that has proven he can coach college football and recruit. Neither one of these guys is on the top of my list but if I had to pick one of them, it would be Kiffin. He's young and full of energy and would be a great face of our program.
