CDD said after practice that Greg King has been moved to TE to see what he can provide for the next couple of practices.

I think this is a little weird considering our depleted depth at MLB. I will trust our coaches though.

Wow didn't see that coming. I figure he was one of the more solid lb's in the two-deep

Greg King wasn't in the two-deep at linebacker, Fugate is. Move makes sense if the guy isn't going to see the field at linebacker.

Why not try Justin King at te instead of moving Greg over from a position that's thin? It might make a little more sense if Greg wasn't gonna get any snaps at lb but I thought Greg was being counted on to contribute at lb. Did Greg play te in high school or something? Just wondering if he may have a little experience previously at that position.

Wow. I didn't realize he was that far down the depth chart. Weird because he was solid when healthy couple years ago.

So does G. King have experience playing TE in high school? This seems to be a move of desperation.... :ermm:

After making five tackles in the second scrimmage at LB we decide to move him to TE. I believe he said he had 1 reception in high school for seven yards as a TE. This doesn't make sense.
