Although I'm not the biggest fan I think overall Steve Perry of Journey had the most incredible rock voice I've ever heard. His range and the soulful tone of his voice was just amazing!

Another vocalist that I always thought was somewhat underappreciated was Paul Stanley of KISS. Now this is someone who really improved over time and grew as a singer.
