We have had some tough losses and a few just embarrassing but coach has kept the team together. Barnes has brought in talent and continues to do so. Part of this teams problem is shooting and you get better as a shooter with your work after practice. If these kids put in the work on their own to improve shooting this team may hit its stride at the right time tournament time. Good job coach

Yeah, but they're a good ranked team who probably would have beaten anyone that night so nothing embarrasing for us with that one. Besides, we get to avenge that loss with another shot at them similary to how we got another crack at LSU a few hours ago and made the most of it.

A 28 point beat down is embarrassing to me. That's beside the point coach is doing a good job keeping the team together.

The game of basketball has lost all the rules of old and yes football has been inserted. (Palming the ball, the charge call and traveling are all abused now)

We have not lost to a team that is currently ranked. Texas Tech beat the #1 team in the country. UK lost to an unranked Notre Dame.

LSU was shorthanded, missing their best player (arguably ) . So there's that. The true test will come when UK visits Knoxville. Right now we have 3 players in the rotation that basically aren't getting it done. And we Won't go too far playing 3 guards.

No it’s not for the ultimate goal. The committee looks at the win/loss columns and metrics, not to how much you lost.

This NCAAT stuff has been done for years- people forget every year. To the committee, a loss at UK by 28 or 2 is just the same.

My comments on a embarrassing loss has nothing to do with the NCAA. We got our butts kicked and didn't compete that's embarrassing

Villanova has made a living off play 4 guards? A ton of teams around the country are playing 3 or even 4 guards.

4-5 losses are to top 20 teams on strength of schedule list!

This is literally the dumbest crap I have ever read. I guarantee you every player and coach in our locker room was embarrassed and will tell you as much. Doesn't mean our season is doomed or we aren't a good team. Just means we got embarrassed that night.
