It seems as though this is where the University of Tennessee football program is going. We have been on a downward slope the past 5 years. UT isnt mentioned in the same tier as the top level programs anymore. Fulmer might be a great recruiter but I believe that his position coaches are among the worst in the SEC if not the nation with the exception of Trooper.

Cutcliff is great as an offensive coordinator but isnt that good as a play caller.

Chief is becoming predictable in his defense.

Defensive line coach is TERRIBLE.
