Vols definitely out played us and I can't even begin to express the respect I have. I called a close game, but I never expected it like it happened.

I can't believe that our kicker can't get the ball higher than 6 ft at the line of scrimmage. So proud of our team, offense, defense and especially Crompton. Glad we have that kid Palardy coming next year to be our kicker.

Great game UT. On defense you matched us play for play. I thought it would be close, but not that well played by UT. Good luck the rest of the season.:salute:

I was disappointed as anyone with the loss but this team has a swagger that has been missing for years. The future looks bright.

Thanks Tide fans, It was a hell of a game and a heartbreaker on our side but I think We are gonna be just fine in the future....See you next year in k-town

I know its tradition, but the Rammer Jammer cheer at the end of the game just seemed kind of class-less. It was a hard fought game and obviously no one beat the "hell" out of anyone. But whatever.

Good luck to you too.. whammer jammer yellow hammer... whatever as long as ya'll beat the ever living HELL out of tiny tim tebow and urbie's gators. Just remember, whenever he lines up in the shotgun, he's gonna run. Nobody seems to figure that out yet for some reason.

I don't know about the outplay thing. I think the game was pretty even-matched, but on one aspect, Alabama absolutely destroyed Tennessee. Good win for Alabama, and disappointing loss for Tennessee.

Best bama game i have seen in a long time. The boys played their hearts out. Not bad for a bunch of walk ons eh? Bama better look out cause We will only get better!!!! GOOD GAME!!!!!!

I am proud of our team too.

Besides special teams, we played well.

Kiffin is sending a great message to everyone. In the future we WILL be a force to be reckoned with!

To give up 4 FGs to the #1 team at their house is amazing. Shame our special teams killed us, other than the onside kick recovery. Which it should have never come down to.

UT played very well and I am glad to see Crompton have two great games against two very good defenses. He got 265 yds passing against the #1 D in the nation. I hope he continues to play this well for the rest of the year. If he does I think we will be fine.

It is my hope that in the near future We can do the SEC title games against each other...The way its suppose to be done.

this is a game that i posted 3 or c4 days ago that if crompton had a decent game and didnt throw 3 or 4 ints and fumble 1or 2 times and a couple get ran back for td and cropton played great being that bama is the number 1 defense in country ,second we had to play great special teams like returning kicks for td or 50 or 60 yards and give them a short field but i never thought that the fieldgoal team would cost us a victory over number one ranked team a miss from 47 came up short then a blocked field goal and i thought that after those two that he would win the game at the end but i was sickend to see the game winner blocked,part line for not blocking better and big part danial lincoln he has not had a good career at times he has stunk and other times he was just decent,i hope that palardy is alot better than lincoln he is below average when compared to the ut kickers in the last 36 years,and third the officiating was absolutly awful they shoul be suspended like the crew from the arkansas game last week and thelsu and georgia game too we had so many key penalties against us whil bama had just one while i recorded the game and they missed a pass interference when a ut receiver was being mugged before the ball arived and the bama guy took off his helmet should have been a 15 yarder and a re kick and we got a penalty everytime we got into fieldgoal range to knock us out of range and the bama player who was across the line in the backfield before the snap it should have been offsides or atleast a neutral zone infraction ,but i hate to see the vols lose any game esdecially when they should have one it but besides the loss the vols minus danial lincoln had a great game ,the game showed that tennessee has improved a ton if they had played as well earlier in season our record would be much better ,we should be 6 and 1 andin the top 6 but were not and unless we just get worse we should run the table and finish 8 - 4 ,i also believe that recruits that were on the fence climed over toward tennessee because they should notice that we are young and we are going to be a top 5 program in a few years,george uko and luc just go ahead and commit to tennessee and big olineman damian robinson you can to unless you want to wait and watch us beat up on the ole miss rebelsand the 5 star safty kellen or whatever his name is and 5 star wr green or stills and jujuan james and olinemen ari k from nc james stone lets get these big good linemen no offense to walk on senior center cody sullins you have steped up and played alright to just weigh 265 we need an oline that the smallest guy shoud be at center and weigh 310and guards 6,4 315 and tackles 6,6 330 like charls mcray and im brainlocked but his teamat who also was that big and both were high first round picks go big orange
