I like Arkansas State Sentinels...but that sucks that you have to change it. Anyway, good game to you as well. Please take care of Tiger High because their fans are ridiculously annoying.

Congrats Vol Fans on the Victory last night. Your QB looked very good and Our secondary is really pretty good. Of course I don't think there was any pressure whatsoever by our D Line. Credit your O Line for that.

I doubt either team played their best football last night. We had mistakes at critical times that made it tough for us to hang around. Of course UT can take a lot of that credit.

Just wanted to tell you guys that the Neyland visit was an awesome experience. While on the sidelines I got to "jaw" with some UT faithful and we had a lot of fun with them. Nothing but good fun. Afterward I shook their hands and told them to Beat The Hogs!!! Good folks!!!!

Also had pizza at the Mellow Mushroom - I think this is what it was called. Got to visit with several UT fans. Hospitality was outstanding. Pizza was best I ever had.

I think you guys have a lot of new fans over here in J'boro. Next week ought to be a cakewalk for you, I've heard that BYE WEEK has no offense or defense. Best wishes with the Dawgs the next week. Ought to be a war. :peace2:

Yeah "Red" is just sorta a spirit character for us that really has nothing to do with the mascot. Its basically supposed to function independently of the Indian Family as another form of entertainment for fans.

Not any more offensive than the Cleveland Indian or the name Washington Redskins.

or the dallas cowboys, san fran 49ers, pittsburgh pirates and steelers, tennessee volunteers, etc. gimme a break. these indian teams should not be any more offensive than those. in fact it probably is more of a compliment than an insult.

Not that I care at all about this issue, but I'd guess the (likely false) depiction of a Native American as a mascot is more offensive than any of those.
