We obviously didn't scout very well. The weight isn't the thing it's how to play quicker and more aggressive 3-4 teams. It is embarrassing but weight isn't the only reason to be unsettled. Our coaching in game 1 was horrible from the team being super underprepared to the play calling. Maybe Debord needs to sit in the press box for 3 hours before game time again.

We did get 2 things out of the game last night that are beneficial.
1. We got the "W" ( All teams will have games where they do not play well or up to their talent level ).
2. A big piece of " Humble Pie " ( This will hopefully make us work harder to improve )
Getting the wake up call early in the season will hopefully be a reminder we must play hard against any foe.

Cam saved the game with a HUGE tackle for a loss with 30 secs left on an App screen.

The play put them out of FG range ruining their chances at a last second FG try.

anyone notice that all the big mental mistakes came from the team captains?

Dobbs stupid interception, JRM's targeting, and Cam's fumble.


Not good.
