From the Sacremento Bee:
Kiffin will like Knoxville far more than Oakland

While you watch the Raiders today, know that Lane Kiffin is now in a much better place: Knoxville, Tenn.
Kiffin is expected to be introduced as the Tennessee coach this week. Take it from someone who lived in Tennessee for five years: Knoxville is not a garden spot, but it is heaven in terms of college football.
UT football is the only thing that unifies that state. How much? Residents of Memphis, which is 391 miles from Knoxville, are more interested in UT than their own Memphis football program.
The former Raiders coach has walked into some of the best perks of the game. He will have a 102,437-seat Neyland Stadium, an indoor training facility that programs dream about and booster funding greater than the gross domestic income of some small countries.
Also, Kiffin fits right in with the Southeastern Conference's wave of crafty coaches, such as Urban Meyer, Les Miles, Nick Saban and Mark Richt. Kiffin will make the hire look even better if he can lure his dad, Monte Kiffin of the Buccaneers, to be his defensive coordinator.
Sorry, Raiders fans. If you thought Al Davis blew it with Mike Shanahan, Jon Gruden or Art Shell, Kiffin has a chance to make all of those separations look like minor transactions.
