Vol fans are very upset, because they just had their balloon burst the 1st game of the year. While play calling was indeed poor, the execution by many Vol players was much worse, not a great combo:ermm:

Dooley is still a fool. Also, Dooley's teams folded up shop at halftime. At least this team keeps playing. Please.... DO NOT WISH DOOLEY BACK ON US..

Time for Debord to show some creativity. His job is on the line with this game IMO. I'd also wager that Zach and Mahoney are next on the chopping block. Personally I like Debord but I think his vision for the offense hurts our program more than it helps, see the recruitment of Hunter & Lawrence as examples, both wanted to be Vols but since Debord came along their interest in us plummeted.

Butch deserves a lot of blame too for not hiring a true QB coach, IMO that was a big oversight on his part as he knew the passing game was our biggest weakness with Dobbs at the helm.

Been on this board for years and a UT alum for 50...love the vols...NOW-THE PLAY CALLING IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
