If they are grading the past season, than an A for coaching is a joke. If they are predicting the grade for this coming season (when we have no clue who will be on staff), then it is equally foolish.

Yeah, I think the thread title is a little misleading.

They're grading the 2007 Vols.

There's no way you can give coaching an "A" when the Vols were castrated by their two biggest rivals.

Okay...I was grading what I think UT will put on the field in 2008...but who the h*** knows right now...

After the past few weeks I am not looking forward to UT football...on Jan 1st, spring practice, or next season

I don't see why DB should be anything higher than C. They were depleted by injury, but that doesn't mean you give them a decent grade out of pity.

I give the coaching staff a C (only because of the flawless performance against UGA) for the first half of the season and an A- for everything that happened after the Alabama game.

I agree. Eric Berry is the only thing that kept the secondary even slightly respectable.
