But it also said he was only making 1.25 last yr. So that might not have been correct either.

I keep hearing "better fit" regarding CDT. Seems coded in a way. Perhaps not. Just a thought that pops up every time I see it written.

Of course it would if have racial paranoia tendencies and want to focus in without context. He's no better fit then Pearl is he? A blue Martin wouldn't fit our passionate crazy fan base.

Yea that part is right, but the 2.2 isn't. It starts at 2.8m and exceeds 3m after the 3rd year, averages out to 3m per year.

That's pretty stout. I wonder how that compares to Calhoun before he retired.? Never could stand Jim Calhoun...

I saw a top 25 highest paid bball coaches recently and Roy Williams wasn't on the list with number 25 at like 1.8m. There's no way that's true is it?

Found an article from 2013,that said he was 21st overall and 8th out of coaches who had won a championship. On my phone so I can attach it. But it was a USA today article that tarheelblog posted.

Kind of phone are you using that won't let you post a link/attach it? Just curious.

Ironically there's a story on the Cal board that Barbour didn't want to hire Martin but got overruled by the higher ups at Cal.

lol! I have a story to. The dollar wont be the reserve currency soon. I'll bet my story has more legs than your's.

Let's see, the one I saw on their board was from a national college basketball announcer who's brother coached at Cal, yours is from an idiot. I'll trust that one over yours.

"but I think Martin was a good choice considering the circumstances"

This is the red flag when he was grading Martin. It sounded like a good hire for Cal then he added this in at the end.

Yes, Tyndall's review was much better. Hart 'wound up with Tyndall'.
