What grade would you assign for the completed coaching staff? Yes it is early....but this isn't a "final" grade.

On paper I will have to give in an A obviously. But I still want to see how it all pans out, I hope there are not too many cooks in the kitchen.

Only time will tell. Obviously, CLK put just as much importance on recruiting as anything else. If these guys coach as good as they recruit.

Unbelievable.

C. Staff looks good, yet I see no results so far. Come NSD maybe we will get some surprises to bump to a B or an A.

So we are not hiring anyone else correct? I saw on VQ that he had completed his staff. So either Drayton is staying or going obviously but that means someone will do double duty on ST

I give this staff a b+ right now. not so sure about offensive staff. But i see kiffin being highly involved on that side of the ball so maybe he can make up for weak offensive staff. not sold on cregg, garza, reeves and strength and conditioning coach.

B+ right now, only time will give the true grade. Garner and/or Gonzo would have made it an A.

you're seriously going to pretend that you didn't buy some of the preseason '05 hype?

Hell, I bought the '02, '05, and '08 hype. I am a sucker for good news, and yet still seem to fall on the "realist" side of the spectrum around here.

I am cautiously optimistic about the staff. It looks good on paper, but so has the Yankees.

I'll give out grades when they actually turn in some work.

Don't agree. I think Wilson>Gonzo and Thompson>Garner as overall coaches and recruiting combined. I don't think we could have done much better.
