Two points of note...

1. The Google site is apparently so difficult to navigate that she (Nancy Blachman - the creator of the site you referenced) also has a book on the subject... 148 pages.

2. Quite surprising to me... if you search "how to use Google" on the Google website, her Google Guide site is at the top of the list. :eek:hmy:
