I'm sure it's not the same Blue Circle that had multiple restaurants all over Knoxville in the 70s, is it ? Probably before your time and you are from Bristol, so you probably don't know, anyway

Yea I don't really know a whole bunch about the place.I moved here when my kid was born in 2002 and heard about It all the time.I tried it and was Ehhhh but yea folks that have stayed here lifelong rave about the spot, its got a diner/car hop type vibe to it so it maybe part of a bigger chain. If I got the munchies and it don't hit the spot then it ain't for me lol u feel medownload.jpeg-1.jpgdownload.jpeg.jpg

Sounds like the Blue Circle's in 70s Knoxville, they were like Sonic, way before Sonic.

True. People only like Cookout because it's cheap......and there's a reason why it's cheap. I used to take my family of five there and keep it under $30

Cookout is low grade food with not a lot of flavor. Bad combination. It’s marketed mainly for the high school and college crowds. The one thing cookout does well is milkshakes.
