If TN wins out it will win 5 games in a row, and 6 in a row with a bowl win.

The last time a TN team won 5 games in a row was 2007.

The last time a TN team won 6 games in a row was 2003.

So this team still has a chance to do some big things this season that haven't been done around Knoxville in a long time.

The schedule always sucks for UT. Half the season they have a rough time and everyone gets depressed. What would everyones opinion be if the schedule was balanced and UT was 5-2?

T'would be sweet! While we're hypothesizing, let's just go ahead and say that win streak will continue next year for, oh, 12 games or so. Now THAT would be special!

A 21 game win streak starting this week would be awesome, eh.

In the late '80s the schedule was always front loaded with the easier games at the end of the season. Maybe we're back to the old times.

I have always wished that we played UF later in the season.we always play our toughest OOC game early in the season,at least lately and would be nice to somewhat break up games against UF,UGA,Ala and whoever our other West team is for that yr. Wasn't thrilled to see we travel to Kyle Field next season.

i can see us winning the games we have left;its sad but this team could very well be 7-0 right now.9 -4 season would be a major step in the right direction.going into next season top 15 -20 ranking would be huge to start the season.go vols go

People hated Butch two weeks ago and now have decided we win 6 in a row. We could, but someone needs the one game at a time speech. If something goes wrong this place is gonna get 10 kinds of crazy.

If we play another 4 loss team in the playoffs, we will destroy them. We have to play a 3 loss team or better to make game competitive.

If we go 6-0 for the rest of the year, I bet we keep it going for a while next year. Streak should be 9 in row when we beat Florida at home next year. 2016 will be the year the Vols beat FL. Book it...write it down...take a pic of it. They are going down.

Bump.

The win v. Mizzu puts us close to 5 straight wins for the first time since 2007. If we can close with a bowl win it will be our first 6 straight wins in a season since 2003!

Been a long time since we have had this much "winning" in Knoxville.
