If he won the NCAA appeal to release him from his LOI based on the health issues associated with his mother and brother, then it is resonable to think that the NCAA could release him from the transfer rule that requires him to sit out. Once he gets enrolled at UT they will file that paperwork. There is a possibility he suits of for UT next season. But we are talking about the NCAA and they don't always make sense with what they do. So who knows.
