Okay. But remember, its onyl one of many SEC games and you are bound to lose a few.

Yeah, UT is going to lose a few to teams like Alabama, Florida, LSU, Arkansas and Kentucky. That's why these games against teams like Vandy and Auburn are so critical to get a "W".

I hardly know what to say. I did not see the game at all, but saw a recap that you blew a decent lead down the stretch. Is that correct?

At any rate, I promise not to wish you luck...until the Florida game. :)
Our teams are headed in opposite directions it does appear.I have a feeling we'll turn it around soon :)crossfingers: ).

My recollection of last year for the Gators is that it was a season of ups and downs, with a decided "get-it-all-together" up at the end. No reason you can't peak when its time. And late January is not "time."

Well, we don't have to peak just reel in a few victories.

Road wins in the SEC can be tough to come by, but we should have never lost to both Vandy & Auburn on the road. Any shot of a conference title just vanished like the 14 point lead vs. Auburn. Now we just need to take it one game at a time, and try to get enough wins to get in the NCAA tourney. Those two games hurt, because unless we can go 8-0 in the conference at home, we are going to have to steal a couple of wins on the road, and those were definitely two that were winnable.

I really don't think that a regular season conference title for UT was realistic to begin with, do you? I mean, you've got the Gators who are an obvious 1-seed team, plus 'bama and LSU in the West. Kentucky is also looking good. A regular season title was simply not within reach for this team this year.

I think you have plenty of room left to get your requisite NCAA tourey wins as things wind down.
