Good credit card?

The best credit card is the one you can pay off every month. Surely you can look around and find a card that will offer you a balance transfer rate at little or nothing percent can't you. Visa,MC, Discover?

I was just more interested in the issuer. Want to make sure that I'm not going to get bad customer support.

Sometimes I have to carry a balance as my income isn't steady, it comes in spurts, so December and May get a little rough until income starts back. I don't want some astronomical interest rate. I spent years getting mine down by being a good customer, and now they've decided to bump me to the rate I had as an 18year old with no credit.
