Well, the game is almost upon us. I will be leaving Friday to go to Athens for a weekend in the North Ga mtns with the wife. I have been saving my money for 4 months now. I wish circumstances were different, but I feel this game could be historic in one way or another. Hopefully this is the game that turns the season around, maybe Stephens is a diamond in the rough and this is his coming out party. The game also could be a total disaster that expedite the downfall of Coach Fulmer. So wish us luck, I hear the Dogging fan are pretty bad, and I hopefully will see some of you at the game. Go Vols!

I will be there. Heading over to athens friday afternoon. The Dawg fans are pretty bad and they like to talk smack before and after the game. If they beat us, they will be sure to let you know. Hope you have thick skin. Lets hope we can pull a crazy unexpected upset.

No doubt. But they usually hang their heads after they lose and winning in Athens is always sweet, but doubt we'll get to experience it this year.

Wife and I will be coming in Friday afternoon. Hope to drink a few cold ones with some fellow fans in Orange.

Crazier things have happened - I doubt that the Vols will muster enough offense to win but you never know. The defense will probably keep us in the game for at least a half. But the offense is going to have to score 3 touchdowns for us to win.

I'll be there visiting my brother at UGA. Should be a fun time, regardless of the score

I'll be at a meeting in Atl on Friday and heading over to athens that night--will be tailgating all day with a client and his group, who are dawg fans. It should be "an experience."

Have a safe trip. The Dawgies are going to be out for blood after the last couple of years, including the miraculous UT comeback in 2006 and the disemboweling of 2007. Prepare for some aggravating in-your-face barking, especially on the way to the game. . . .and warn your wife. Athens is a fun college town to hang out in afterwards, so have fun, no matter what happens in the game!

I'll def. be there as well. Athens, although the fans can be rough, is one of my favorite college towns to visit. 2 years ago was pretty sweet though.

I'm heading down early Saturday and driving back afterward. I plan on listening to the LSU beat-down on the Gators on XM on the way home.

We made it down to Athens today. We got yelled at 15 min after coming into town. We went out to eat in downtown, very good food. I think it was called Delpama or something close. As I thought we saw alot of dogging fans and very few Vol fans. The wife would not take a picture of one of the bulldog statues in downtown kissing my ass, lol. Love to meet up with fellow VN'er's tomorrow before the game. Go Vols!
