Here is what I hope and think happens. JG gets either the first series or second series, with him we are running the same offense we had been running with Dobbs, read option and run game all the way down the field for points. QD gets another series or two with minimal to no results, then JG is reinserted to run our traditional offense and we crank out some points due to the fact that gt can't stop our rushing attack with JG and JK as running threats. CBJ realizes we aren't ready to fully feature the throw game yet, so we continue to feature read option and run game until these rec's and oline and JG get better at the throw game, and the rest is history. JG is your qb from gt until he gets hurt/graduates.
Here is what I hope and think happens.
Q.D. will be the starter and he is able to get the ball to our talented receivers. He ends up with 300 plus passing yards. Georgia Tech will eat the clock up on every since possession. We will need to score some type of points on every possession in order to keep up.
We won't get many possessions because Tech will play "Keep away" with the ball. So, throwing the ball is our best bet to score quickly and often.
JG may be the fan favorite, as most back up q.b.'s usually are, but we need someone who can throw the ball to our receivers.
I would bet that JG plays a lot against Florida. I think Florida will play us tight and not give us much time to throw the ball, so we put in J.G. and he adds the element of the option to the game and we fare better against Florida.

I like non QB players that can pass the ball. JJ was a QB in HS. Kelly threw a pass last year as well. It would be awesome to see them both on the field.
I think it will be more like Ainge/Shaffer. 1 or 2 Series at a time. 121 needs to really communicate about how each one is doing with the guy they are up against. Whoever is our LT needs to tell the QB to watch out if he can't block their DE. After going against Kongbo in practice I doubt GT has anything close. But who knows?
I like our chances.
How many snaps do you think he'll get on Monday?
